Event:  An ongoing armed confrontation involving police is taking place at the area around Jabra Block 15 in Khartoum.  U.S. government personnel have been advised to avoid all areas around Jabra Block 15.

• Avoid the area around the Jabra Block 15 in Khartoum.
• Monitor local media for updates.
• Seek secure shelter if in the area.
• Be aware of your surroundings.
• Review your personal security plans.
