Security Message for U.S. Citizens: Security Reminder

The U.S. Embassy in Khartoum informs U.S. citizens that from September 10 – 12 all non-essential travel outside of Khartoum by embassy personnel has been temporarily suspended. This is a precautionary measure because of the upcoming September 11 anniversary. Please remain vigilant and maintain your situational awareness for any signs of suspicious activities.
